Super cute atmosphere, lovely indoor and outdoor dining. The food and drinks are always flavorful, with something for everyone. The staff were friendly and had great menu suggestions. Love it!
First time eating at Lot One today & it was awesome! The food and drinks were delicious and the wait staff was very courteous. Bottomless mimosas and delicious drinks to have with breakfast. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We have heard great reviews on this restaurant. It was fantastic. We didn't have a reservation but got seated anyway. The food had amazing flavors and there were a lot of choices on the menu. The service was top notch!
Super friendly at this spot. Nestled away in Arvada, Lot One makes the basic lunch sandwich exciting. Their Parmesan fries are awesome too!
