Lot One
About us
As the Village of Five Parks completed its final lots in our neighborhood, we had the opportunity to give our friends and family another great spot to spend time, celebrate and network. Ironically, the last lot to be completed is the first one, LOT ONE!
Neighbors Jaime Miles and Josh Timon are the founders of LOT ONE and have eaten their way around town finding foods that delight and drinks that dazzle. Our location is set in the heart of a bustling neighborhood that needed additional places to congregate, Josh and Jaime realized they had an opportunity to follow a dream that they both have had for years. Jaime's grandfather was a restaurateur and he had always wanted to open his own place. Josh has entertained and orchestrated many events around food and loves to cook for friends. Thus, the invention of LOT ONE.
Community means a lot to both these guys as they've watched their kids grow up here and continue to revel in the changes and improvements that our neighborhood makes. Having the opportunity to feed friends and neighbors on a daily basis just adds to their commitment. As we grow, we look forward to making this neighborhood even more desirable!
Our food is filled with flavors from all around the world, keeping families and friends in mind. We are growing a great deal of produce for our menu via our rooftop greenhouse. This is a great way to keep seasonal vegetables on our menu and introduce kids to real flavors!
Our mission is to keep our menu fresh, fluid and relevant with input from patrons. Again, our community is our top priority. We want you to make regular stops at LOT ONE!
Our talents and experience are diverse, but at Lot One we're united by one thing: a passion for community, connection, cuisine, and cocktails that keep you coming back. We believe that no dish can be better than its ingredients and that the best ingredients are usually local. Every day we make many decisions about what we eat and every one of our food choices has an ethical and environmental impact. It is the best of coincidences that good food choices - those that are good for our land and people, for the environment, for the body and mind - are also delicious and enjoyable.
